good evenin
well today was somewhat of a good day today
Can't think of anything bad about it.
well too bad about it
David caught a bug outside last night.....
Bad thing about that is that it was one of those bugs that only live for 12 hours
I made a tomb stone and a coffin
David thinks he's sleeping
We'll tell him tomorrow.
We'll have him a funeral with flowers and stuff.
David's watching spongebob
the one where spongebob pretends to be a jellyfish and moves into the field.
he's eatin chocolate and hot coco
ooh i got a headache.
stomch ache too.
gonna eat somethin and see if that will help

This blog is for my mom :)
She has been overweight for 11 years and in the past few months she has been working on getting it under control.
Yesterday she stepped on her scale and weighed less then 200 lbs.
She was so proud of herself and I'm proud of her too.
She has been working so hard.
I can tell she is getting smaller and I can see her muscle now.
She has a blog about getting in shape and she also started a facebook page

It's listed under heath and wellness.

good day
well i had a good day today.
I hung out with my friends Brandon, Frankie, and Angel.
Was riding my bike and chilling and sittin in the shade and playing hide and seek and tag and stuff.
I'm tired now.
after hangin out we went on our walk.
had to do chores today :(
David passed on his french and his preschool geometry and his logic and his...everything...
lol i know you're thinking "WHAT??!!!?? A 3 Y/O DOING FRENCH???!!!"
but hey he's also learning Chinese and I'm teaching him Latin....
and he is actually doing pretty good with em.
one of his fav words is actually Chinese and it's 'ting' whichh is listen in Chinese.
pretty cool right?
yeah it is.

I can't think of anything to type.

Little bro isn't asleep so that means no one can go to sleep...
So I went to sleep late last night....WAY LATE...like...3:30.....
Woke up at 7:00 am this morning and cleaned the whole living room..(you're welcome mom)
I was watching David so mom could sleep in (welcome again mom) after she woke up I crashed on the couch ...Was about 10:00 am... slept till 2:00 pm ......
Way off my sleep schedule this morn lol....
bored bored bored bored....mom just came in and said..."well, sweetie if you're bore play a game with us"....
well mom FYI no one can play a game with David cuz he throws the pieces!!!
yummm I'm soooo day-dreaming bout soda ^.^

Hey guys!
Hey guys
What's up?
I don't know why but I'm happy right now.....
Maybe it's because it's spring...
Maybe it's because the wisteria bloomed and made the whole yard smell beautiful...
Maybe it's because I got to sleep in today...
I don't know why....
But I'm happy :)
Hope everyone else is too!
So about my day...
I woke up and ate breakfast and went out and rode my bike for 1 hour .
Then David's friends came over and played.
The ice cream truck came and we got ice cream :)
David got turtle ninja or something and I got a strawberry sunday crunch bar...YUMMM!!
And then to top off my wonderful day Mom ordered pizza for everyone from Papa John's with extra garlic sauce...DOUBLE YUMMM!!
They had Spinich Alfredo pizza!! TRIPLE YUMM YUMM YUMM!!!!!
So yes, I had a great day!
Yesterday was not as great...Started great though...But then...
So we went to the park yesterday to fly our kites.... David who is 3 was flying one and then he decided he wanted to play on the slide....
So he asked a boy that was 4 or 5 if he wanted to play with him...AND THAT LITTLE BOY PUNCHED HIM!!!
so David went to stand up and the little boy sucker punched him and knocked him down and then kept punching him!!!!!!! And almost knocked him down the slide!!
So mom told the mom and you know what she did???!!!
SHE SHRUGGED AND WALKED AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So we left and we were walking so we walked toward home....
Now there is a police station a mile from our house...
So we came up with a plan...
We knew that if the mom did nothing about that then that boy would grow up thinking that is ok....
so we decided to walk down to the police station and see if an officer would just go down and talk to the boy....See if we couldn't make a positive impact on the boys life...
By the time we got back they were gone...When the officer arrived he said the he would have talked to him but the way TX laws are...
If a kid under 10 took out a gun and killed a kid under 10 there isn't a thing they could do about it!!
That is just crazy to me!

The other mom that was there said that the mom left right after we did because she was afraid we would get the police involved..Which we did....
I'm just glad David wasn't hurt too bad.
well I gotta go...

Movie night
wow I'm proud of myself.
Mom and I are going to have a late night movie night and usually when we do that we order pizza..
Tonight I'm kicking the old habits out....
I'm having orange slices with strawberrys....
I know that if I had kept eating junk I would be overweight...
But now that I replace the junk in my life with fresh heathier choices I will be fit and lead a good and heathy life :)
Mom and I are going to have a late night movie night and usually when we do that we order pizza..
Tonight I'm kicking the old habits out....
I'm having orange slices with strawberrys....
I know that if I had kept eating junk I would be overweight...

So the other day we were at the store and mom saw a box/bag of somthing called tangelos and said they were sweeter then oranges...so last night I tried one.

OMG those things were like lemons!!
Mom was totally convinced that I ate one that was too ripe....
YEAH RIGHT
So just now she tried one that looked the best..
And she had this face like you wouldn't belive...
Then she said...
"Well that's not soo bad"..Then turned and made kind of a "oh my gosh why did I eat that" and a "why is there lemon in my mouth!!!????"
Then to top it off I said...Mom, I'm soooo blogging about this...
So she said "I was just pretending to make that face...eeeggghhh......I like it..really..."
so I just want to say....
YEAH RIGHT MOM!!!

wow I haven't blogged in a while..
Hey guys!
Wow I really haven't blogged in a while!!
Sorry about that...
I've been really busy!
We bought a juicer but took it back and got a bigger one..
IT'S AAAWWWEEESSSOOOMMMEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow that thing can make juice like there's no tomorrow!
Also have been working on walking every day...
Have missed a couple days but in the end we still got our steps in for the day...
So I got my haircut but I'm thinking about cutting it shorter...
What do you guys think?
When I was 7 y/o I cut my hair as short as a boy......AND LOVED IT!!
I have had it short after that a couple times and I'm thinking about going back to old ways....
So how have you guys been?

Had to do alot of laundry this am but I'm still in a good mood
My family and i have been taking walks everyday sense late Jan. and I've been getting in better moods ever sense!
I TOTALLY recommend it!!!!
Even if it's a short walk you still get more energy!!
And it's a great way to spend time with your loved ones.
Hey, you can even get your friends to go with you and it can be a great group thing.

a breakfast recipe
You'll need:
1 1/2 cup potatoes (Diced)
3 Egg whites
1/3 Of a large copped onion Or half of a medium onion
1/2 cup of mushroom (but you can skip if your not a mushroom fan)
1 bell pepper
I use a cast iron medium sized pan but you can use any kind of pot.
So put some extra virgin olive oil in the bottom of your pan and set heat on medium.
Always put your mushrooms and bell pepper and potato in first until the mushrooms look like they are starting to brown
Now put your egg whites in and continually stir
Straight after you put the eggs in put the onion into the pan
Continue to stir repeatedly until the egg whites start to turn white and fluffy
After the eggs are cooked through turn off heat and remove from the burner
Let sit for about 3 mins
Serves about 2
